As we continue to expand our medical aesthetics offerings, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Provider to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Aesthetic Provider (RN, LPN, or Master Aesthetician) with extensive experience in medical aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of non-surgical cosmetic treatments, a strong aesthetic eye, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Sciton lasers, Morpheus8, and laser scar revisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, and other energy-based treatments.
- Conduct patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care.
- Operate advanced aesthetic devices, including Sciton lasers, Morpheus8, and laser hair removal technology.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the plastic surgery team to ensure a comprehensive and seamless patient experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new treatments, and emerging technologies.
- Provide a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships with patients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN, LPN, or Master Aesthetician with extensive experience in medical aesthetics.
- Proven expertise in performing laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Experience with Sciton lasers, Morpheus8, and laser scar revisions preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skincare, and aesthetic medicine.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
