Sealing Specialist – Midwest
The Sealing Specialist oversees the growth and success of a geographic sales territory and provides all necessary technical, product, and sales support to current and new customers in the territory.
Essential Functions
- Prospect
- Provide training to your customers
- Be a resource for your plants’ engineering team
- Identify and propose sealing solutions
- Document the cost impact of your work/solutions for the plants
- Manage the contract
- Salesforce utilization
- Roadmaps
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
- Project a favorable image of the company to promote, foster, and enhance public recognition of the company and it products and services.
Experience / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience relating to essential job functions
- Customer service interactions, support, and sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) majors (Preferred)
- Industrial experience (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel: Occasional overnight travel required within the assigned territory
