Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
- Train and support team members on CNC programming and maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming or maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience in CNC programming and machine maintenance.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
