Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney – Construction Defect Litigation (4–8 Years)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $150k + (Based on amount of experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–8 years of substantive construction defect litigation experience to join our client's litigation team in Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing a caseload while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of construction defect litigation cases
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff as part of a litigation team
Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications:
4–8 years of experience specifically in construction defect litigation
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with ProLaw case management software
