Responsibility/Requirements:
· Perform analysis of plating solutions
· Treat batch tanks
· Assist in trouble shooting issues, as they arise
· Perform ICP, titration and dilutions for chemical analysis, will train
· Perform tank maintenance
· Responsible for accurate data entry into True Chem software, will train
· Operate forklifts
· Focus on 6S practices
· High responsibility to safety issues
· Observes all company policies and procedures
· Maintain high level of performance
· Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas of improvement.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years of lab or chemical experience preferred
· Must be proficient in the use of computers and programs
· Able to lift 55 pounds as a part of daily routine
· Licensed Waste Water Treatment Operator preferred
· Ability to work with and move drums up to 850 lbs using a drum dolly and totes using forklift in tight areas
3rd shift hours: Sunday - Wednesday – 8:00 pm – 6:30 am (4 day, 10 hour shifts)
Training:
The employee will train on 1st shift for approximately 2-3 weeks.
