Established (40+ Years) National Litigation Firm Seeking Fully Remote Associate/Partner in CA!
A nationally recognized litigation firm with over four decades of experience is seeking Associate Attorneys or Partners with 2-10+ years of experience with civil litigation such as general, commercial and employment cases, among others, to support its growing California teams in Los Angeles, Irvine, Carlsbad, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Ontario. This position is fully remote, with occasional in-person appearances required for court or team meetings.
The firm is nationally recognized, with a presence in all 50 states and over 1,000 attorneys. It is known for providing full-service legal representation to companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s. Fully remote with local court appearances as needed
140k-300+ salary contingent on experience as well as competitive bonus potential

Qualifications
2-10+ years of experience in general litigation, commercial litigation, or employment law
Active California Bar license
Experience handling pleadings, motions, and discovery
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate across teams
Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and attend court proceedings
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national network
