Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and food quality.
• Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

• Oversee the consistent execution of recipes and procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Efficiently manage scheduling, inventory, and other administrative duties.
