Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and food quality.
- Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, acting as a role model to guide the team toward peak performance.
- Oversee the consistent execution of recipes and procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Monitor operational performance to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with senior management to meet financial targets and operational goals.
- Efficiently manage scheduling, inventory, and other administrative duties.
