We’re seeking a motivated Tool Maker (open to developing talent) to support tooling, die maintenance, and precision machining in a metal stamping environment. Highly skilled Machinists or mechanically inclined candidates with the desire to learn will do well here. Character, curiosity, and continuous improvement are just as important as experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain stamping tools, dies, fixtures, and gages
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
• Operate manual and CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment
• Fit, assemble, and test tools to ensure proper performance
• Perform preventive and corrective die maintenance
• Modify tools based on design or production changes
• Document tooling builds, repairs, and modifications
• Follow all safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Tool & Die training, apprenticeship, or relevant machining background
• Experience with dies, progressive tooling, fixtures, or compound blanks
• Ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Standing work; ability to lift as needed
