The firm also provides legal counsel to progressive financial institutions, Internet-based companies, housing providers, local governments, and nonprofits wishing to be industry leaders on civil rights compliance. We conduct internal investigations and provide counseling regarding consumer protection, privacy, lending, employment, whistleblower, and federal regulatory matters. • Coordinate and track litigation support tasks, including uploading, coding layout creation, and tagging/redacting QC/QA

  • Maintain accurate logs of productions and perform quality control checks

  • Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues

  • Provide general litigation support, including file management, document organization, and timeline tracking

  • Assist with trial preparation and exhibit management

  • Liaise with internal legal teams, outside counsel, and vendors to support discovery workflows

  • Perform basic quality control checks on data and document batches

  • Monitor email and communication channels for task updates and requests

  • Support the review process by managing user access and coordinating reviewer questions

  • Perform document and database management tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven competence with technology; ability to learn new technologies and computer processes

  • Prior experience in litigation support or eDiscovery preferred particularly iConect/Xera (internship or law firm experience also considered)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively

What We Offer:

  • Washington, D.C.-based position.

  • Hybrid schedule: three in-office days and two remote days per week.

  • Salary range: 55,000-60,000/year (hourly rate $28/hr)

  • Competitive benefits, paid time off, and vacation.

How to Apply:

Interested candidates should submit a resume and a detailed cover letter. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds—please use your cover letter to share how your personal experiences and background have influenced your interest in civil rights.
