Job DescriptionSenior Associate Attorney
We are a nationally recognized law firm dedicated exclusively to representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes. Our practice spans advising clients on policy placements and renewals, drafting custom policy language, analyzing contractual risk transfer, and handling high-stakes claims.
We are currently seeking experienced Insurance Coverage Attorneys to join our growing team in our offices located in Naples, FL; Trumbull, CT; or Temecula, CA.

Who You Are:
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an Accredited Law School
- Licensed to Practice in FL, CT, or CA
- 4+ Years of Experience Litigating Complex Insurance Claims
- Prior Experience with Insurance Coverage or Construction Litigation - Plus
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful case management and client advocacy
What You Will Be Doing?
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding insurance claims
- Stay updated on changes in insurance and litigation laws
