Contract Coordinator
Location: Remote or Hybrid

Position Summary:
The Contract Coordinator will support contract management across both the ancillary construction and staffing business lines, serving as the central point for contract administration, oversight, and compliance. This position will ensure that agreements with subcontractors, vendors, staffing partners, and clients are accurate, compliant, and executed on time. The coordinator will monitor performance, track deliverables, and provide reporting to leadership to mitigate risk and maintain operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Assist in drafting, editing, and processing contracts including subcontractor agreements, staffing contracts, vendor service agreements, client MSAs, and change orders.
- Maintain records in the contract management system, ensuring proper version control.
- Track milestones, renewals, expirations, and deliverables across both business lines.
- Oversight & Compliance
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies (OSHA, ACA, state pay transparency, labor standards, supplier diversity requirements).
- Flag risks or noncompliance to leadership and recommend corrective actions.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and customer compliance requests.
- Coordination & Communication
- Facilitate contract approvals and signatures using electronic signature tools.
- Act as a liaison between operations, legal, finance, and executive leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and staffing partners regarding contract-related inquiries on contract questions.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular summaries of active contracts, upcoming expirations, and compliance metrics.
- Provide input on KPIs related to contract execution and risk management.
- Process & Continuous Improvement
- Help maintain standardized contract templates and clause libraries.
- Identify workflow efficiencies and propose system/process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or compliance.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and e-signature platforms.
- Basic knowledge of legal terminology, contract structures, and risk management.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to contract terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work across multiple business units.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a regulated industry such as construction, utilities, staffing or government contracting.
- Familiarity with supplier diversity requirements such as SDVOB, MBE, DVBE, etc.
- Knowledge of OSHA, ACA and state labor law compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
