Personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Case Manager with at least one year of prior experience in personal injury cases.
Job duties include:
- Working closely with attorneys to assist clients with personal injury claims and lawsuits
- Communicating with clients regarding the needs and progress of their cases
- Gathering medical records and other relevant evidence
- Coordinating with auto insurance adjusters, medical providers, and health insurance companies to process claims
- Assisting attorneys with case-related tasks, including drafting letters and settlement demands
