Experienced Mechanic - Assembler Tasks & Duties

• Assemble mechanical components and systems following detailed blueprints, diagrams, and specifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform assembly tasks with accuracy

• Conduct routine inspections of assembled equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeter and ohmmeters (electrical testing devices), identifying faults quickly and effectively

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend operational lifespan

• Document assembly procedures, inspection results, and maintenance activities thoroughly for record-keeping purposes

• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes, troubleshoot problems, and implement best practices

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout all tasks

Experienced Mechanic - Assembler Shift Info

• Day Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Monday - Friday

Experienced Mechanic - Assembler Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Possess a high level of technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and follow written instructions

• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues

• Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure all systems meet company and industry standards

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management regarding work status, issues, and solutions

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment

• Experience with a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment

• Displays punctuality and consistent attendance

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred in any of the following:

Commercial cleaning and restoration equipment.

Small engine repair and maintenance

Pressure washer repair and maintenance

Vehicle repair and maintenance.

Certifications in mechanical or automotive repair is a plus.

Must own a basic set of mechanic’s tools.
