Salary Range: $260,000 - $310,000
About the Opportunity
- We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.
- Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm.
- Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive.
