Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Assist with mobility and transfers, safe ambulation
- Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Light housekeeping, meal prep, and grocery assistance
- Companionship and engagement in client activities
- Document care and communicate with supervisors and family as needed
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders
- Promote independence and dignity in every interaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience a plus — we also welcome new caregivers who are eager to learn
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient temperament
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client visits)
- Home Health Aide/CNA certification a plus (training provided)
- Passion for caring for others
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (not required — we train!)
- Clear background check and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a caring heart
