Job Title: Store Clerk (Temporary – Holiday Season)
Location: Lititz, PA 17543
Pay Rate: $16.19 per hour
Duration: Temporary position during the holiday season
Position Summary:
Seeking a Store Clerk to join our team for the busy holiday season. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register accurately, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience in a fun and festive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a touch-screen cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all store guests.
- Restock shelves and assist with general store upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Saturdays and flexible holiday season hours.
- Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be dependable, positive, and a strong team player.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Ability to follow and maintain all personal and food safety GMPs.
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of customer service or retail cashier experience.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, especially during peak seasons.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
