If you can create meaningful learning experiences on the fly, partner seamlessly with different teams, and keep kids engaged and happy no matter the setting, we’d love to have you on our team! Join our Seeds Community where our mission is to put good humans into the world and leave it better than we found it.

  • Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, adapting as needed for each age group
  • Maintain routines, structure, and consistency while supporting classroom transitions
  • Engage children in play-based, interest-driven activities that support growth and development
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in every classroom you enter
  • Communicate with families and use technology and handwritten options to document milestones and updates
  • Partner with co-teachers and directors to maintain a positive, collaborative environment
  • Be a role model for flexibility and quality care in every setting

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Childcare discounts

  • 401(k) plan
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
  • Life, short-term & long-term disability insurance

Ready to Be the Ultimate Team Player?

If you’re a natural leader who loves variety and wants to make an impact in every classroom, this role is for you. Apply today and join a team where every day brings something new!
