Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Insurance Defense in New York, NYAn established firm based in New York City with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with insurance defense, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $130,000-$150,000, contingent on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance

Generous PTO and paid holidays Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York.
Must have 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.NJ Bar is a PLUS!
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills are required.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently. Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
