Our South Austin branch is looking for a Counter Salesperson who knows how to combine top-notch customer service with product know-how and teamwork. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the face of the branch: Greet customers with a great attitude and ensure every experience reflects the Winston standard.
- Handle orders start to finish: Process sales orders accurately, manage transactions, and keep paperwork organized.
- Build relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with inside sales, warehouse staff, and management to keep operations running smoothly.
- Problem-solve with confidence: Help customers find the right products and offer solutions that make their jobs easier.
- Keep things running efficiently: Assist with stock levels, displays, and organization of the sales counter area.
What You Bring
- Customer service mindset: You enjoy helping people and take pride in finding solutions.
- Industry experience: Plumbing or construction supply background preferred, you know the products and the pace.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with Epicor Eclipse, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDFs.
- Team player: Works well with others and communicates clearly with all departments.
- Work ethic: Dependable, punctual, and motivated; no job is too small when it keeps the team moving.
