A respected Minneapolis law firm is seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to join its litigation team. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a dynamic work environment and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Manage case files from discovery through trial
- Maintain and organize electronic case records
- Communicate with clients and draft correspondence
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of current experience in mass torts or product liability litigation preferred
- Paralegal experience in other legal areas will be considered
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Maintains professionalism and discretion
