$97,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Leverage provided leads to build and maintain a robust client base, ensuring consistent sales growth.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends to offer clients informed and timely advice.
- Manage transaction processes efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
