Compensation:

$97,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Leverage provided leads to build and maintain a robust client base, ensuring consistent sales growth.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends to offer clients informed and timely advice.
  • Manage transaction processes efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand client needs, ensuring tailored real estate solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines efficiently.
