Your Role
- Transform inbound Zillow Flex leads into active buyers and sellers.
- Conduct consultations and property tours for both buyers and sellers.
- Manage client communications and transactions using our CRM and other tools.
- Engage in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and accountability coaching.
- Collaborate with our dedicated inside sales and transaction coordination team.

Compensation and Benefits
- Expected income range: $125,000 – $195,000+ annually.
