About the Opportunity
A nationally recognized law firm with a specialized focus on representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes is actively seeking Associate Attorneys with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing legal team. With offices in California, Connecticut, and Florida, this role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated insurance litigation matters within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
This position can be based in California, Connecticut, or Florida, with hybrid work arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities

Litigate complex insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts

Draft and analyze insurance policy language and related legal documents

Prepare pleadings, handle depositions, and engage in motion practice

Provide clients with strategic and well-reasoned insurance coverage opinions

Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to case strategy development

Manage multiple case matters with attention to deadlines and details

Engage in business travel as needed for litigation or client matters
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active admission to the California, Connecticut, or Florida Bar
-
2–4 years of relevant litigation experience (insurance coverage experience strongly preferred)

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
