Job DescriptionDJoin Our Team as a Material Prep Associate / Pipe Cutter!
Are you ready to work with your hands, learn new skills, and be part of a growing team? We’re looking for ambitious, reliable, and quick-thinking individuals to join our Mill operations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate machines and band saws
- Cut and fit pipe
- Perform grinding and fitting tasks
- Use plasma cutting and torches
- Read tape measures accurately
- Cross-train in multiple areas
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with pipe cutting and plasma cutting
- Hands-on background (carpentry, welding, general labor)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Strong work ethic and drive
Schedule & Pay
- Training: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st shift)
- After training: Weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
- Unlimited overtime opportunities!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45804.00/yr.
