Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and licensed Esthetician to join our growing team of skincare and wellness professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about both traditional and advanced esthetic treatments, and passionate about helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin.
Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other customized procedures

Assist medical professionals with advanced aesthetic treatments (such as microneedling, laser therapies, or injectables) as allowed by state regulations

Conduct skin analyses and develop tailored treatment plans for each client

Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment

Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and expert care

Promote Blossom Bio’s services, membership programs, and retail skincare lines

Stay informed on industry innovations, skincare science, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications

Active and valid Esthetician License in [State] (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or luxury spa setting preferred

Strong understanding of skin physiology, product ingredients, and treatment protocols

Excellent communication, consultation, and client service skills
