Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate agents to increase productivity
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
- Run growth strategies using proven systems and tracking
- Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller opportunities focused on conversion
- Drive performance through accountability, structure, and data
- Collaborate with executive leadership to scale current and new locations
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Minimum three years of residential real estate sales experience
- A performance-driven leader who loves developing people
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Strong comfort with CRM platforms, dashboards, and tech tools
