What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional guest service with friendly, professional consultations
- Perform high-quality haircutting, styling, finishing, and color services
- Build lasting relationships with clients while expanding your book
- Deliver services efficiently, confidently, and with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe salon environment
- Complete transactions accurately using our computerized point-of-sale system
- Support salon operations through closing procedures and light housekeeping
Minimal Qualifications
- Current Cosmetology or Barber License (required by state)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong guest-service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Passion for continuous learning, improving your technique, and staying current with trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused salon environment
