Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Personal Injury Attorney licensed to practice in the State of Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a remote legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial

Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the case

Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses

Negotiate settlements and attend mediations

Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression

Provide strategic legal advice to clients and ensure exceptional client service
Qualifications
Required:

Active Texas Bar License (in good standing)

Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law

Strong negotiation, analytical, and litigation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Self-motivated and able to manage a remote caseload effectively
Preferred:

Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, or catastrophic injury cases
