Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Personal Injury Attorney licensed to practice in the State of Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a remote legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the case

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses

• Negotiate settlements and attend mediations

• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Texas Bar License (in good standing)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and litigation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Self-motivated and able to manage a remote caseload effectively

Preferred:

• Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, or catastrophic injury cases

• Trial experience or litigation background

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
