Job DescriptionQuickPro Staffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Resident Monitors to support residential treatment facilities located in Dayton, Fairborn, and Spring Valley. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while serving as a non-clinical resource for residents receiving mental health and recovery services. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, secure, and structured milieu for residents
- Serve as a non-clinical support resource, including crisis intervention and active listening
- Respond to non-clinical client questions and concerns
- Accurately complete written documentation and verbal/written shift reports
- Perform light facility maintenance or report concerns to a Supervisor
- Complete administrative tasks, including chart reviews, answering phones, greeting visitors, copying, and filing
- Transport clients to offsite appointments, meetings, or activities as needed
- Facilitate required groups and structured activities
- Participate in monthly supervision and required training programs
- Complete a 30-minute shift change, including verbal handoff and key transfer
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and respectful approach when interacting with clients and coworkers
- Commitment to supporting a positive, pro-social, drug-free environment
