Job DescriptionQuickPro Staffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Resident Monitors to support residential treatment facilities located in Dayton, Fairborn, and Spring Valley. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while serving as a non-clinical resource for residents receiving mental health and recovery services. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact and help support individuals on their path to stability and wellness.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and structured milieu for residents
  • Serve as a non-clinical support resource, including crisis intervention and active listening
  • Respond to non-clinical client questions and concerns
  • Accurately complete written documentation and verbal/written shift reports
  • Perform light facility maintenance or report concerns to a Supervisor
  • Complete administrative tasks, including chart reviews, answering phones, greeting visitors, copying, and filing
  • Transport clients to offsite appointments, meetings, or activities as needed
  • Facilitate required groups and structured activities
  • Participate in monthly supervision and required training programs
  • Complete a 30-minute shift change, including verbal handoff and key transfer
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and respectful approach when interacting with clients and coworkers
  • Commitment to supporting a positive, pro-social, drug-free environment
