As a Caregiver/Med Tech Floor Lead, you will be:
- Helping clients with daily tasks, dressing, hygiene, cleaning, and laundry
- Engaging and interacting with residents and care staff in a respectful manner while maintaining professional boundaries
- Reminding residents of upcoming appointments or outings and assisting them to prepare for the day
- Maintaining daily progress notes and other appropriate documentation
- Assisting residents with daily medications
- Assisting with caregiver training and development
- Managing, prioritizing, and implementing task sheets as directed by management
- Overseeing the daily flow of the facility to ensure that care staff are appropriately utilized, and resident related issues are resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications
- 1 year medication assistance experience required
- Must demonstrate ability to work in a team setting, helping wherever needed, with an emphasis on leading and coaching others
Requirements
- Must have current Home Care Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Must pass a Washington State Background Check
