Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to operate and maintain embroidery and laser machines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate embroidery and laser machines to produce quality finished products according to specifications.
- Set up machines, load materials, and monitor operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for defects, color accuracy, and quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings or replace materials as needed to maintain consistent production.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Accurately record production data and maintain work area organization.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or production delays.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience operating embroidery or laser machines is a plus (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic mechanical and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
