Job Description

Seeking a Quality Control Manager for a marine construction project located in Jacksonville, Florida. The project encompasses both civil and vertical construction components.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality control processes for a marine construction project.
  • Ensure all construction activities meet the established standards and specifications.
  • Implement and monitor quality control plans for civil and vertical construction.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with USACE and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and document quality control phases and processes.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in quality control within the marine and civil construction sectors.
  • Active Quality Control Manager (QCM) Certification.
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale projects, particularly those exceeding $40 million.
  • Familiarity with USACE regulations and 3-phase quality control processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Marine Construction experience.
  • Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQCM) certification.
  • OSHA30 certification.

Work Environment

The role requires on-site project support at Blount Island in Jacksonville, Florida. The work environment involves direct engagement with construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
