Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage application development projects using Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Oversee engineering teams and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

• Implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve cost reductions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with project management standards and maintain documentation.

• Provide mentorship and supervision to engineering staff, fostering growth and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project targets.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement engineering solutions.

• Monitor project performance and address any challenges proactively.

• Proven experience in project management within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Expertise in manufacturing engineering and cost reduction strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee teams and provide effective supervision.
• Familiarity with business process engineering and optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
