Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a highly regarded Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work remotely several days per week. The ideal candidate will be based in either the Los Angeles or San Diego office and must hold an active California Bar license.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 6 years of defense litigation experience
Substantial trial preparation and courtroom experience, including full file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions
Proficiency with e-discovery platforms and related litigation technologies
Excellent advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
