What Youll Do:


As an Infant Teacher, youll help lay the foundation for a childs future by:

  • Providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment

  • Following the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth

  • Maintaining strong communication with parents and caregivers

  • Supporting and guiding infants through milestones with patience and care

  • Ensuring classroom safety and cleanliness

  • Collaborating with teammates and leadership

What You Bring:


Experience in a licensed early childhood program (teaching or assistant teaching)
Understanding of infant developmental needs
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely handle infants (including lifting in/out of cribs)
Meets all local childcare licensing requirements
A 2-year degree or higher in early childhood education is a plus!
