Location: Kent, WA - hybrid with in-office and client visits as needed
Compensation: $120K-$190K (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, focusing on matters such as divorce, custody, and other related issues. The attorney will provide legal advice, represent clients in court, and work towards favorable outcomes for families in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce and custody cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Advise clients on their rights and options in family law cases.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials, advocating for their best interests.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law legislation and case law.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing compassionate legal support.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission in WA
- 3+ years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged cases with empathy.
