Job Overview:
As our Funeral Director, you will be instrumental in guiding families through the funeral planning process, ensuring that every service reflects the unique life of their loved one. You will be part of a supportive team that emphasizes collaboration and open communication, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with families to discuss their needs and preferences for funeral services.
• Coordinate all aspects of the funeral process, including removals, embalming, arranging, and directing.
• Prepare the deceased for services, ensuring they are treated with respect and care.
• Provide support and guidance to grieving families, offering resources and comfort as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to grow into a management role.

What You Bring:

• A valid Funeral Director license in NJ or the education and experience to obtain a state license.
• Relevant experience in the field with a dedication to funeral service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
