Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (must be flexible to cover 1st or 2nd shift)

Job Duties
- Oversee daily maintenance operations with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Manage employee work schedules and delegate tasks
- Work with maintenance team members to reduce downtime and support preventative maintenance
- Assist with breakdowns and coordinate special assignments as needed
- Maintain and track parts inventory based on maintenance needs
- Ensure GMP and housekeeping standards are followed throughout the plant
- Help develop and maintain SOPs for maintenance functions
- Lead team meetings and provide training and guidance
- Conduct equipment quality and safety checks
- Support troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
- Promote teamwork, safety, professionalism, and accountability
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- Must be flexible to cover 1st or 2nd shift when needed
- Overtime and weekends required based on production needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- 3+ years using a CMMS system
- 3+ years managing maintenance parts inventory
- 3+ years of electrical experience
- Experience with PLCs and automation controls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to train, develop, and lead team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attendance required
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented, allergen-sensitive environment
- Exposure may include milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, etc.
