Essential Tasks:
People Development (50%)
• Lead with purpose: Be a role model for a positive, inclusive culture that makes both employees and

Managers.
• Launch careers: Host engaging new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding within 3 days.
• Coach for success: Design personalized training plans with clear 90- and 180-day goals to help your
team grow.
• Stay connected: Hold meaningful one-on-one check-ins every 60 days to support development and
career progress.
• Smart scheduling: Collaborate with Shift Leads to create schedules that align with training goals and
business needs.
• Empower leadership: Guide Shift Leads to run shifts that promote growth and readiness for the next

Business Operations (30%)

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
• High School Diploma or GED, College degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience preferred
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss
responsibility.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are a necessity.
• Able to perform basic business math.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills required.
• Able to complete required online training and certification modules.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).
• Able to complete tasks that include stooping, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
