Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Virtual DHH Teacher (Full-Time, 20252026 School Year)
Location: Remote Serving a California County School District

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to provide virtual academic support to PreK12 students across a California county school district for the 20252026 academic year.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual DHH instruction and support to students at multiple district sites (itinerant model)

Collaborate with school staff, including general education teachers and support personnel, to promote student achievement and inclusion

Adapt instruction to meet the individualized needs of each student on your caseload
Qualifications:

Valid California Teaching Credential/CTC with appropriate DHH certification

Masters degree in Deaf Education or related field

Prior experience in virtual/remote teaching environments

Independent contractor liability insurance is required
Position Details:

Start Date: Beginning of the 20252026 school year

Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week), Monday through Friday
