Location: Orlando, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility

A well-established Orlando law office is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in bodily injury and/or general liability matters. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation, preferably in bodily injury and/or general liability
Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills preferred
Working knowledge of Florida court procedures preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Prepare medical chronologies and bill summaries
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and counsel
Support attorneys in a team-focused environment
Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
