Overview:
Join our team of compassionate Care Pros! We are recruiting Care Pros (aka Caregivers) for Personal Care day shifts across Chester County in Pennsylvania.
Care Pros delivering Personal Care will help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) helping them function throughout the day and keeping them safe.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Care Professional include, but are not limited to the following:
- Engaging clients in fun, meaningful activities that lift spirits and brighten days
- Mobility and transfer
- Bathing
- Dressing & Grooming
- Feeding
- Toileting and continence
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping duties (laundry, vacuuming and dishes, for example)
- Meal preparation
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience providing in-home care to seniors or other home-bound persons
- Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and current auto insurance
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
