About Us:
Ridgeview is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching educational environment for our students. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist or Counselor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on supporting students' emotional, social, and academic well-being through assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group check-ins with students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that support student success.
- Implement and support social-emotional learning (SEL) programs.
- Respond to crisis situations and provide interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Preferred licensed in the state of Colorado as a School Psychologist or School Counselor.
- BA degree in School Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, Masters or Doctoral preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
