We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the seamless onboarding and installation of new Advantage clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS and point-of-sale (POS) environment.
As the central point of contact, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring every client installation or conversion runs smoothly, and keeping all stakeholders aligned — from procurement and accounting to sales and operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities/ Essential Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end project timelines for new client installs and system conversions
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal project updates and reporting
- Monitor and track progress and deliverables across procurement, accounting, sales, and operations
- Create and update internal systems and dashboards with accurate project status and documentation
- Proactively identify and escalate potential roadblocks to ensure on-time completion
- Participate in client meetings or calls as needed to support successful launches
- Support continuous process improvement within the training & implementation team
- Travel coordination across multiple locations and teams as needed
Qualifications
- At least two years of professionally relevant experience in project coordination, operations or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; exposure to project tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or point-of-sale systems preferred
