We have multiple openings in our 3-D Tooling Department
Milling CNC Setup/Programmer
- Programming: Write and optimize G-code for CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software based on engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Setup: Select and load the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and materials; determine the proper sequence of operations. Ability to interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Operation: Operate and monitor CNC machines during runs, making necessary adjustments to achieve quality standards and maximize efficiency.
- Software knowledge: Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, CAM works) , SolidWorks and familiarity with G-code.
- Equipment: HAAS Mills and HAAS Lathe
EDM Wire and Sinker Operator
- Setup: Set up, operate, and monitor wire EDM machines..
- Technical skills:

- Ability to interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with various precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, gauges).
- Software knowledge: Fanuc Control
- Equipment: SEIBU Wires, Charmilles Wire and Sodick Sinker
3D Printer Setup/Operator
- Setup: Select and load the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and materials. Ability to interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Operation: Operate and monitor CNC 3D machines during runs, making necessary adjustments to achieve quality standards and maximize efficiency.

- Operate air blast cabinet tool to clean tool produced by 3D Printer.
- Operate and monitor Furnace Sinter (Heat treat oven).
- Software knowledge: Fanuc Control.
- Equipment: MANTLE (Print and Shape)
