Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Finishing Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a servant leader who prioritizes safety, team development, and continuous improvement.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM-1:00AM

Occasional Overtime: Fridays, 1:00PM-9:00PM (as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Promote ergonomic practices and enforce PPE usage.
• Collaborate with technical staff and union representatives.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Set and track performance goals aligned with production metrics.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity and lean operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, Kanban, and 6S practices.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
