Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates with our client in South Plainfield, NJ. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will monitor production quality, bundle and organize finished products, assist with gluing and insulation, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Additionally, the role requires following safety protocols and company procedures, performing assigned duties, and maintaining reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime or weekends.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet production goals

Frequent communication with team members and supervisors
-
Ability to perform repetitive motions and frequent movement throughout the work area

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand or sit for long periods
-
Sustained concentration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
-
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including steel toe boots

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
