Bridgewater - A Legacy Retirement Community is seeking a full-time Wellness Director to lead the healthcare operations in both our assisted living and memory care. Position Overview:

The Wellness Director oversees healthcare operations and ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care. You will:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for residents
  • Maintain and monitor treatment plans
  • Manage the medication program
  • Supervise and mentor the healthcare team, including QMAPs and CNAs
  • Coordinate care with medical providers and third-party services
  • Participate in care conferences


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of Colorado
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior living environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
