Position Overview:
The Wellness Director oversees healthcare operations and ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care. You will:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for residents
- Maintain and monitor treatment plans
- Manage the medication program
- Supervise and mentor the healthcare team, including QMAPs and CNAs
- Coordinate care with medical providers and third-party services
- Participate in care conferences
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some on-call responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior living environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
