We are intentionally seeking a senior aesthetician who has mastered their craft and is ready for an elevated, long-term home.
Craft Hair + Co is a luxury boutique salon + spa known for thoughtful rituals, exceptional service, and a calm, hospitality-driven experience. We are selectively hiring one Senior Aesthetician to join our spa team—someone who brings confidence, consistency, and care to every client interaction.
This Role Is a Fit If You
- Are a licensed aesthetician with 3–5+ years of experience
- Deliver customized, results-driven treatments (no cookie-cutter facials)
- Retain clients naturally through trust and outcomes
- Value skin integrity, education, and realistic expectations
- Show up polished, dependable, and emotionally intelligent
- Prefer quality over volume in a luxury setting
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced facials and personalized skin treatments
- Create thoughtful treatment plans and home-care guidance
- Provide an elevated, unhurried client experience
- Maintain impeccable treatment room standards
- Collaborate with leadership in a supportive, professional environment
- Option to mentor junior providers (if desired)
