Accounting Office - Cashier
The BMW Store has an immediate opening in our Service Department for a full time cashier/receptionist position. We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people and a sincere desire to help our customer with their service needs. The basic function of the job is to take payments from customers, close repair orders, write purchase orders, provide assistance and be the back up to the Loaner Car Coordinator when necessary and a wide range of tasks that help make the Service & Parts Department run smoothly. While Reynolds & Reynolds and/or dealership experience is a plus, it is not required.
Full Time Hours: Monday - Thurs 7:30a to 5p, Friday 7:30a to 6p.
Qualifications:
· Ability to multi-task
· Friendly personality and being a team player
· Honesty and integrity
· Basic computer and math skills
· High school degree or higher
· Can work a flexible schedule
Requirements
· Valid driver’s license with less than 4 points
· We are drug free - drug testing is required
· Dependability
· Reliability
· Flexible with hours as needed

· Lunch is provided on Saturdays
· If you work Saturday, you have a day off during the week
Working Conditions:
· The cashier will work throughout the service department and will spend a great deal of time on their feet each day and moving about the service department. At times, they will be retrieving and driving a loaner vehicle to the courtyard for a customer pickup.
